Su Kanakri is a Certified Innovation Assessor & trainer, EFQM European Assessor and professional BSC Practitioner focusing on Strategy, Innovation & Business Excellence. In the past 20 years she was responsible for the planning, scheduling, coordinating, resource allocation of more than 80 management consultancy projects including Excellence, Strategic & operational Planning, Performance Management & Balanced Scorecard, Human Resource and Development, Organization Structure, Job Descriptions, Stakeholder Relations Management (Surveys and Mystery Shopping), and Performance assessment for various governmental organizations in the UAE. She actively participated in more than 40 strategic planning, BSC and strategy cascading projects and facilitated the development of various SWOT, PESTEL and business model generation. She is also the co-author of UAE Innovation Award, UAE Taxi Excellence Award, Taqdeer Award for Labour Welfare framework and criteria and the Happiness Theory framework.
