Towards her passionate about Training and Human rights she is a certified master trainer in Advocacy, Master Innovation Practitioner and have numerous of ToT certifications across different aspects. she’s a certified trainer on leadership, Organizational skills, project design and proposal writing, Communication and interpersonal abilities, Networking, Self- empowerment and presentation skills, People management, Teamwork, Time management, diverse management, foundation skills.

She has fulfilled positions such as Head of Child Protection Program, Director of the Social Support Center, Program Manager of Civic Youth Participation Program, Manger of women empowerment projects, Senior Trainer, and livelihood specialist.

Her over 14 years of experience comprehensively covered organizational development, self-empowerment, community mobilization, women& youth economic, political, civic participation, Social protection and GBV prevention, social community mapping.

She has been leading projects and programs within the core of innovation and best practices’ implementation based on data, situational analysis and human center design management.
